Very nice and pleasant to look at. You should do a series on the fog, Larry, you have an eye for it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-89452884870769455092010-01-13T13:27:30.781-06:002010-01-13T13:27:30.781-06:00I find this photo to be intriguing because the ite...I find this photo to be intriguing because the item that is most in focus, the boat in the foreground, is a very small part of the photograph and is generally not the more noteworthy aspect of the photo. Larry, must admit, I do not see the geometric shapes.
SteveAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-66679757764789550742010-01-13T11:13:01.377-06:002010-01-13T11:13:01.377-06:00I agree with Barry. To me, this is a very controlled composition of boats in the fog which you have treated with a nice sepia toning to give it a more ageless quality.
The ProfessorAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-25088870998375566032010-01-12T15:48:52.851-06:002010-01-12T15:48:52.851-06:00Beautiful shot Patrick!

The problem is that there is nothing abstract about the shot so I don't just see shapes or patterns; I see a very literal scene with sky, fog, water and boats. Does that make sense?

Anyway, like I said, beautiful shot!

Cheers!
BarryBarry Armerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18315460669795988898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-23172732076753689142010-01-12T15:40:25.078-06:002010-01-12T15:40:25.078-06:00Like the photo but cannot see what you are talking...Like the photo but cannot see what you are talking about.
TedAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-35480833448784748382010-01-12T12:46:42.157-06:002010-01-12T12:46:42.157-06:00Not sure I see what you were trying to show me. I can see lots of triangles in the photo, but I do not think that is the first thing that I would see if I looked at this scene.
AnneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3636365527508254969.post-54773508844078593712010-01-12T07:31:41.550-06:002010-01-12T07:31:41.550-06:00I think the idea is good. I'll have to look at it a few more times before I figure out the full impact.Doug Haasshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12556596269817966949noreply@blogger.com
